Senior Quantity Surveyor (projects)

A well-established business that focuses on delivering exceptional mixed-use developments that integrate residential, commercial and retail spaces is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to contribute to ambitious projects. Along with a salary of up to £75,000 per annum, you will also receive a bonus and a car allowance.
Specialising in mixed-use developments, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by providing accurate cost management, budgeting, and financial control.
What youll do as Senior Quantity Surveyor?
Conducting detailed cost estimates, preparing budgets, and developing tender documentation for mixed-use developments.
Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor bids and contracts, ensuring compliance with requirements and industry standards.
Monitoring expenditure and implementing robust cost control measures to optimise profitability.
Providing expert financial advice and forecasting to stakeholders, including developers, investors, and lenders.
Managing variations and change orders effectively, while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Conducting regular site visits to assess progress, identify potential cost implications, and resolve any financial issues.
Collaborating with project teams to identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
