The Role:
Provide proactive and professional contract support across varied construction projects.
Involved in the preparation of Bills of Quantities, detailed construction estimates, and contract documents.
Manage cashflow forecasts and procure large commercial projects efficiently.
The Person:
Possessing at least 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role within a consultancy setting.
MRICS qualification would be an advantage
Solid understanding of common building contracts in the UK and current construction costs and trends.
