Senior Quantity Surveyor [OUTSIDE IR35]

My client is a Civil Engineering Contractor with an annual turnover in excess of £50m. They are currently delivering an infrastructure scheme on behalf of a housing developer near Doncaster and are in the market for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Due to the location of the project, they are looking for a freelance candidate. This role will last for a minimum of 12 months.
The successful candidate must have:
Project experience including: housing infrastructure; roads, drainage, remediation, s38/s278 works, kerbing, culverts etc.
Conversant knowledge in JCT forms of contracts (essential).
A civil engineering contracting background.
