My client is specialises in Commercial construction projects, predominantly Interior Fit-Out & Refurbishment working with blue chip clients in the public and private sector creating workplaces and environments that enhance their clients business processes.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
They have an exciting position available within their vibrant Commercial Team for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor with 5 to 10 years post qualification experience. Based in Manchester they Design and Build fit out works for prestigious offices nationwide. They are looking for an experienced individual to carry out both Pre and Post Contract duties with an established existing team reporting to the Commercial Manager.
