Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager

Our South Yorkshire based Main Contractor Client is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their existing team delivering projects throughout the UK, with an aim to progressing into a Commercial Manager role.
Projects include roll out commercial and retail fitout works,New Build Commercial and IndustrialDevelopments and traditional build projects ranging in value from £1M to £8M.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 56 years of UK-based experience in the construction industry currently sitting at Senior Quantity Surveyor levelwith a strong background in delivering similar projects and values. They will take full commercial responsibility for all aspects of the construction process from inception to final account stage, including client liaison.
In addition youwill be supportedin development to undertake the role of Commercial Manager supporting the Commercial Director in mentoring and guiding the team.
