Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civils & Rail

SSA�are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a respected Civil Engineering & Rail contractor working on a �15m-�20m of projects for clients such as TFL & Network Rail.

This framework will be adminstered using NEC3 contracts and will see the successful Senior QS having commercial responsibility for the scheme; leading a small team, overseeing their works and also having primary invovlement in: subcontractor assessments & meetings; leading of CVR meetings; leading internal, client, & stakeholder commercial meetings;monthly reconciliations; & final accounts amongst other duties.

They are looking for someone with a stable career history, with a history of working with NEC3 contracts within the civil engineering & rail industry.

Essential

• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;


• Experience in managing civil engineering or rail projects commercially
