Job Role: Senior Quality Inspector Location: Manchester Shift: Days Only
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Per Annum (DOE)Metalis is working in partnership with a market leading supplier of bespoke prefabricated steel and mechanical products in Oldham who are looking to hire a Senior Quality Inspector on a permanent contract. The company is committed to ensuring quality control measures and welcome fresh ideas and a new approach.Job Duties:Leading and managing all aspects of quality assurance activities across the companyMaintaining ISO9001 accreditations and standardsDeveloping and implementing quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfactionCollaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality objectives and performance metricsConducting regular internal and external audits to monitor product quality, identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes, reduce defects, and improve overall operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and quality management system requirementsDevelop and provide training to staff on internal quality processes, standards, and best practicesConducting site visits to ensure complianceJob Requirements:Experience of managing ISO standards and conducting the necessary audits.A proven ability at developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures.Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to make quick decisionsIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsA proven continuous improvement mind set.Sound communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the businessSalary & Shift:Day shift onlyMonday to Friday, 7am-4.30pm£45,000 - £55,000 Per Annum (DOE)If you feel as though you have the background, skills and experience for this role then please apply today with your latest CV.
