NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board (468)Are you passionate about the NHS and Quality Improvement?Do you hold a Quality Improvement Award?A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Nursing and Quality Team as Senior Quality Improvement Manager.The successful post holder will develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and mechanisms for service providers and will directly line manage the Quality Support role.Hybrid Working - Predominantly working from home and some working from offices across Hertfordshire and West Essex.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will support the Deputy Director for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety in establishing effective quality improvement (QI) initiatives by working across the ICS with partner commissioners and providers.The overall purpose of this post is to lead on and provide expert advice and support to others in delivering strategically identified improvement projects across the ICS.
