The role
As a Senior Quality Assurance Technician at Butchers Pet Care, you will be critical to ensuring we achieve our mission, assuring the quality, safety and legality of all the food we make throughout the manufacturing process, whilst ensuring both the companys and regulatory authorities standards are met.
You will coach and motivate a team of up to 4 Quality Assurance Technicians, whilst delivering on day-to-day QA responsibilities, partnering with the Operations and Technical teams to ensure the finished product meets quality and testing checks.
Youll be responsible for any investigations resulting from non-conformities, whether that be supplier-related, during the production process, or relating to the finished product, and will identify corrective action.
