Due to recent successes within the capital's soaring super luxury residential market, a main contractor has new opportunities for Quantity Surveyors within their thriving company.
The business delivers bespoke projects to their clients in major prime London locations. They have now secured 3 refurbishment projects valued between �10m - �15m, which will be starting on site within the next few months.
The opportunities are as follows:
1.Senior Quantity Surveyor Up to �80,000 + Package
Able to manage the quantity surveying, procurement and commercial management of a complicated residential refurbishment project. To train and mentor an assistant QS. This will be site based.
2.Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Up to 65,000 + Package
To undertake the quantity surveying functions such as procurement, change management, and feed into the commercial management of the project. Reporting to a commercial lead, this is a supervised role but with the scope to be developed into an independent one.
These 2 opportunities will suit Surveyors, who enjoy the challenge and complexity of luxury residential projects.
