What You'll Be Doing! Participating in project scoping meetings to determine quality assurance parameters.Developing and evolving comprehensive test strategies aligned with project goals.Designing effective and thorough test cases covering functional, non-functional, and edge cases.Overseeing the execution of test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.Strategic thinking to align QA efforts with overall project goals and objectives.Performing risk assessments to identify software quality threats and implementing prioritized testing efforts using risk-based testing approaches.Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.Creating/Reviewing Quality Assurance reports.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, development, and product management.Facilitating mentorship to the team in terms of QA activities when needed.Evaluating testing tools and technologies to determine suitability for organizational needs.Managing the defect life cycle by reporting, tracking, and validating defects.Sharing best practices, industry trends, and technical knowledge with the team.Great, if you have...Bachelor’s degree in computer science, product management, or a relevant field.Over 4 years of experience in the field.Managerial experience is preferred.High-level analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.Detail-oriented with effective project management capabilities.Team player with a positive attitude.Preference given to candidates with hands-on experience in the following areas:Performance (Load) Testing using JMeter.API Testing.Preference given to candidates with hands-on experience with automation testing tools.Hands-on experience in web application testing.Familiarity with systems like CRM, ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Salesforce will be an extra advantage.
