We are changing the way people receive care by providing our branch colleagues and professional carers with innovative products and experiences that enable them to do what they do best, care.About the roleThe QA Engineer has a pivotal role in supporting the creation of Cera’s solutions for our carers and customers. A key focus of this role is to ensure that teams are enabled to develop Cera’s technology helping us to provide great care to all of our customers while improving the experience of everyone involved in care delivery. You will wear many hats in this role, working with our engineering teams (on and off shore), UX teams, operational staff and carers. Performing continuous testing at all stages of the deployment process, including testing in production. This requires a deep knowledge of our processes and a passion for using technology and people to improve them. Your work will have a huge impact on the way that care is experienced.About youYou thrive in mission-driven organizations, working with collaborative teams who are passionate about utilizing technology and building products to better the world around us. You champion testing best practices, working closely with developers as a QA advocate to improve testability and observability. You have the ability to work with a number of scrum teams supporting them in their approach to software development and technical architecture. You have a passion for exploratory testing and coaching others in the trade. You take a risk based approach to testing, with focus on delivering a quality product.
