Senior Property Manager - Rainham (Kent) - Up to £32,000 Basic (£38,000 OTE)

Benefits :
Up to £32,000 Basic Salary
9am - 6pm
Mon - Fri
Great progression opportunities
Commission on top (£38,000 OTE)
Will invest in you to get industry qualification such as ARLA
Duties :
Oversee property compliance (EICR's etc.)
Manage morning meetings for the team
Proactively help to manage the companies residential portfolio
Help monitor end of lease/ checkouts/ deposit negotiations / maintenance
Report into the Head of PM
Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience within a property management role
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Organisational skills to manage high volumes and client expectations
Ability to motivate a team
