This is a terrific opportunity for someone to progress their career and join a company where you can grow your experience in a highly professional and respected environment.You will have a busy and varied role.Your tasks will include but not be limited to the below:Looking after approximately 480 Residential London propertiesProperty inspectionsLiaising with Landlords, contractors and TenantsMaintaining accurate maintenance recordsEnsuring all properties are safety compliant with current regulationsLiaising with Accounts and Lettings teams internallyReporting to the head of departmentWe are looking for a reliable, organised and naturally helpful individual.
