Senior Property Manager

Dove and Hawk are working with a multi branch independent agency who are on the look out for a Senior Property Manager to join the team in SW London. Dealing with high a portfolio of 160 residential properties; they are looking for someone responsible who is a strong rapport builder with excellent organisational skills to help manage the existing portfolio and maintain high standards within the department. This role will suit someone who is looking for the opportunity to move into a 'Head of Property Management' role within the next 12+ months.
Duties/Functions of the role:

• Responding to maintenance issues and arranging for contractors to attend.
• Building strong relationships with Landlords and tenants to ensure positive lines of communication.
• Conducting regular inspections in line with agreed levels of service.
• Dealing with insurance claims and more complex maintenance issues.
• Costing and negotiating deposits.
• Assisting and and supporting team members.
• Serving Section 21 notices and dealing with surrenders.
• Dealing with serious tenancy and landlord related matters (e.g. instructing solicitors on behalf of a landlord).

Requirements of the role:

• 3+ Years' experience in a Property Management role.
• Experience in using VECO or REAPIT Property Management software.
• Experience with mid to high end properties.
• Prior experience in supervising a team would be beneficial.
• ARLA Qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
• A driving licence isn't required for this role but could be beneficial.

Salary Budgets: £40-45,000 per Annum
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am-6pm (No weekend cover required), 1-2 days WFH per week.
