Senior Property Manager (Block)

Residential Property ManagerSalary: Up to £50,000Location: West LondonWorking for a managing agent but looking to gain a wider understanding of the mixed-use property market?I am working for a unique and successful chartered surveyors based in Marylebone , who are looking for an experienced residential block manager with strong leasehold experience to join the department and manage their own portfolio.Key responsibilities include:Looking after a portfolio of ~30 buildings varying in size across LondonMaintenance of the buildings and communal areasLiaising with contractors regarding maintenance and major worksSite visits to ensure good building conditionManaging onsite staff, including concierge, cleaners and maintenanceMaintaining health and safety regulations and legislationProducing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolioKey skills required:Significant experience managing high end propertiesIRPM Qualification (preferred but not essential)Usage of QubeStrong customer service and attention to detailExtensive knowledge of the section 20 process and dealing with major works projectsStrong budgeting and financial management experienceWhy this job is for you:Opportunity to join well-established companySociable and vibrant working environment, with quarterly work parties and team activitiesFlexible working, up to 2 days WFHBecome a valued team member and be able to have a genuine contribution to businessGood route for internal progression
