This role is suitable for an experienced
Senior Project Manager
who wants to lead critical projects in product development, driving business growth and success in a rapidly evolving industry.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing major projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from conception to delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with departments such as R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of product development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication to drive project success.
- Utilise your experience in cradle-to-grave project management to navigate all phases of the New Product Development (NPD) process effectively.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure project milestones are met within scope and on time.
- Implement best practices and methodologies in project management to optimise efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications and skills/experience required:
- Educated to degree level, ideally in Business, STEM or related field.
- Project management qualification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in managing product development projects, with a deep understanding of NPD phases and methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in cradle-to-grave project management approaches.
