Senior Project Manager6 month contract, Inside IR35, ~£575/dayHampshire/Hybrid A leading client in the utilities industry are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team to lead a number of data-related projects. This Senior Project Manager role will be as the solo Project Manager within a data team, so you'll need to be comfortable
establishing project setups whilst also being hands-on and driving projects forwards.Responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager:
Hands-on project management on a number of projects within the data team, establishing project governance and then driving project progress
Budgetary responsibility for projects, including forecasting
Liaising with senior data stakeholders to prioritise and deliver projects
This Senior Project Manager role will include significant project governance responsibilities
Ideal experience for the Senior Project Manager role:
Data transformation project experience is a bonus, but we are ideally looking for candidates with a software/application development/delivery background predominantly
Experience in highly regulated environments is essential- for example utilities, finance, critical national infrastructure
You may be a Programme Manager who tends to stay hands-on with some project delivery, or already a Senior Project Manager
Experience operating in an Agile/Waterfall hybrid environment
