Senior Project Manager

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for a new opportunity within the construction industry? Fawkes & Reece are working on behalf of a well known, well respected main contractor who are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team.

This contractor operates across the commercial, life science, industrial, transport, retail, leisure, health and residential sector on large construction schemes circa �200million.

The Role:

• A strong Senior Project Manager to lead a life science project circa �150million.
• Seeing the whole build process through from cradle to grave. Strong experience in pre-construction, PCSA'S, tendering through to delivery and client handover.
• Managing a team of staff to ensure Quality Assurance, Health and Safety, Design and programming. Whilst reporting into the Construction Director.

Requirements for the Role:

• Proven track record of managing projects within a life science environment of a similar value up to �150million.
• A strong team leader
• Engineering background (not essential)
• Experience of clear involvement in the whole build process.
