An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading property and construction consultancy based in central Leeds.�

Project Manager - The role:

Working within the capital delivery team for a major�public sector client, you will be responsible for�the full range of professional services for new build and refurbishment projects across a variety of properties, including schools, leisure centres, offices, civic, heritage, depots, industrial, parks and sustainability.�

You will be responsible for managing the delivery or projects in accordance with project controls and processes, as well as customer relationships.You will be client focused, a problem solver who will be the point of contact for the client at all levels.

Requirements:

• Sound project management and/or programme management experience post qualification.


• Sound knowledge and proven�experience of project management techniques within a construction consultancy environment.


• Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and customer service skills.


• Sound IT Skills.


• Ability to work as part of a team.


• MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB.
