Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage all project phases, from initiation to completion, for public sector contracts.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficiency and financial integrity.
  • Engage and negotiate with stakeholders and subcontractors to secure favourable terms and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyse data and track project progress effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and construction laws through meticulous attention to detail.
  • Lead health and safety initiatives, creating a safe work environment on all project sites.
  • Drive business development efforts to discover new opportunities and maintain client relationships.

The Person


  • Extensive experience in project management within the public sector, particularly in construction.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction laws.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and project tracking.
