With a team bolstered by top talent from Tier 1 / top consultancies, they are seeking 2 technically excellent Senior Project Managers to lead teams on significant DFE Framework projects. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, guiding projects from feasibility to handover. This position demands the Senior Project Managers to have technical prowess and proactive project management skills. Responsibilities Develop the delivery strategy and provide the drive and focus throughout project lifecycles to ensure that Client, Project and company objectives are met, promoting best practice and company policies at each stage.Lead and drive in-house teams (Design Management, Commercial Management, Production, Site Operations and Aftercare) to ensure that Client, Project and company objectives are met and the Client receives a seamless and flawless project delivery experienceCultivate, own and maintain effective relationships with the client and all stakeholdersDevelop and manage project and package scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityDetermine resource requirements (staffing, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitation Required Skills & ExperienceDegree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline/or equivalent work experienceEstablished PM, having worked with or from a consultancy or principal contracting backgroundMember of APM/RICS/CIOB/ICE or equivalent professional organisation, or actively working towards membershipExperience of working throughout all project stages from inception through to the end of defects periodExperience of Modular building desirable but not essential Benefits25 days ALCycle to work schemePension contributionsPrivate health careElectrical vehical schemeLife assuranceThis is an exceptional opportunity to work wth a Top Modular main contractor working on Major Frameworks and Projects across the UK.
