Learn more about DH at www.digitashealth.com .Job DescriptionAs a Senior Project Manager with Digitas Health, you will be the one to connect the dots on a range of creative, digital experience and digital strategy projects, doing your part every day to make great ideas and experiences come to life with a great team, and to set up the people around you for success.The role will encompass a range of digital projects (from digital campaigns to app development and build projects to digital strategy workstreams), and will require you to interact across strategy, creative and client service teams. You will develop project plans, run stand ups, manage timelines, track finances, coordinate resource and drive efficiencies across the agency.As part of a high-performing team you will be expected to manage projects independently, whilst having significant opportunity to learn and develop your Project Management skills through the hands-on support and supervision of our project management leads.QualificationsYou will be able to show experience operating as a PMready for the next step up, or a fully ledged SPM,inan agency environmentAn interest in working within healthcare - we’ll expect to see genuine enthusiasm for what we do hereAbility to manage a wide range of projects with a focus on quality, budgets and timingsExperience of the full project lifecycle ranging from client brief through strategy, creative, design, copywriting, asset creation, production, execution and deliveryExceptional communication skills and be a logical, confident ‘voice’Relationship management experience and ability to interact efficiently with various stakeholdersExcellent attention to detail and an ability to influence and listenStrong commercial acumen and ability to translate that into scoping & resource planningAdditional InformationAn inclusive workplaceThe more diverse our team, the more imaginative, intelligent and inspirational our culture and our work will become.
