Job DescriptionProject Manager (Agile Methodology & Salesforce Implementation)I am currently working with the Transformation team of an international organization at the forefront of positive global change.These are Senior Project Manager roles with a not-for-profit, focussing on multiple streams of work across digitalization, agile uplift, technical, data optimization, and more.Position Overview:We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with expertise in Agile methodology and Salesforce implementation to oversee and execute various projects within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables, while ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases, adhering to Agile principles and best practicesLarge scale Salesforce Implementation ProgramCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirementsDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgetary constraintsIdentify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, implementing effective solutions to overcome obstaclesFacilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partnersDrive Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful deployment and user adoptionProvide regular project status updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and key milestones.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology-driven environmentStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practicesDemonstrated experience in managing Salesforce implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and integrationExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project is desirableSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified App Builder) are a plusWhy Join Us:As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that drive business success and make a meaningful impact.
