Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) have an exciting consulting assignment available for a Senior Project Manager to work on large ERF Project in the UK. As the project is completed we can continue to work with you by setting up your next project from our global network of leading energy companies.Currently we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on a large ERF Project in the UK.Your responsibilities will be:Site based role coordinating the day to day management of construction and contractual maters on the ERF project.Ensure the Project Director is fully appraised of progress against time and budget. Immediately notify Project Director and Capital Projects’ Health & Safety Manager of any health and safety near misses and accidents.Ensure that the EPC Contractor and its subcontractors maintain and enforce robust health and safety monitoring control measures and ensure that all incidents are fully investigated in a timely manner with rectification measures clearly identified and cascaded throughout the workforce.To ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with the agreed contractual specification, technical and commercial schedules and the terms of the EPC Contract.Management of financial maters relating to the project including responsibility for the maintenance of the project budget through a strong focus on cost control, monthly forecasting of variances, processing of milestone payment applications and associated certification and anticipated contingency usage.Administration of EPC contractual changes by both Purchaser and EPC Contractor. Administer EPC Contractor claims or requests for compensation events.Responsibility for the management of the project risk register. Work in conjunction with the Project Services team to ensure that Risk Reduction meetings are held regularly and are effective in allocating scores and identifying realistic mitigation measures. Ensure that the Project Director is kept fully appraised of emerging and unacceptable residual risks post mitigation.Coordinate interfaces on site in conjunction with the Responsibilities of the Purchaser including but not limited to the Environment Agency, Thurrock Council Planners, Network Rail, UKPN, TGP, PoT, Tilbury Port Police etc. Ensure that commitments by the Purchaser do not impeded EPC Contractor programme or atract EPC Contractor claims or compensation events.Experience:Minimum of 5 years experience within Energy from Waste working on projects from cradle to craveContract administration, risk assessments and dealing with EPC contractorsExperience where contracts have gone wrong and how you overcame thatDriving licenceIf you have the relevant capability and are interested in pursuing this assignment, talk to our sales consultants today.
