They are looking for a passionate and hardworking Senior Project Manager. They have ambitious and exciting plans for the future.
Could you be what we’re looking for?
You’ll work closely with the Property Director to support in ensuring all objectives are met and that projects are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will support with the end to end service delivery of all project work.
Requirements
* MRICS with a degree in Project Management.
* Circa 5 years’ experience overseeing the delivery of Leasehold Properties ideally, but not limited to, within the leisure sector, more particularly competitive socialising, under JCT contracts.
* Exposure to front-end development appraisals, cashflows, budgeting and planning.
* Good stakeholder engagement and management experience
* A team player who wants to work in an entrepreneurial, team orientated company and is passionate and tenacious about going the extra yards where required.
Working Arrangement
* Field based.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & Bank Holiday when required.
* Hotel overnight stays as required to meet the needs of the business.
* Some international travel.
* Attend and participate in company meetings.
