An award-winning developer is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager for their flagship residential scheme in North London.
As Senior Project Manager, you and your team will aim to successfully deliver over a mixture of 500 traditional and R/C frame units over 4 phases.. The site will consist of 12 new blocks ranging from 3 to 9 storeys, commercial spaces and the creation of new pedestrian routes. The project, which starts on site in the summer is due to be completed in late 2028.
A summary of the experience required will be:
-A proven track record of successfully completing major London residential projects with multi-phases.
-Previous successful delivery of multi storey r/c frame developments from start to finish.
-Ability to produce well written and accurate reports to be presented to the Directors at monthly Project review/CVR meetings
-Excellent organisational and project management skills.
-Ability to develop and monitor robust programmes on complex multi-disciplinary projects
-Strong communication skills and be able to communicate with all levels of personnel.
-An industry recognised qualification such as a Degree or MCIOB
-Candidates from either a Developer or Contractor background will be welcomed.
