Our client, a prestigious leader in the high-end residential construction sector, is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Project Manager to spearhead their luxury property projects in Central London. Specializing in both high-end residential and commercial spaces, they are looking for a professional with a passion for delivering exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

Role Description: The successful Senior Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of luxury residential projects, ensuring the highest standards of execution and client service. This role involves managing all aspects of project delivery, from initial conception through to completion, focusing on time, budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-end residential projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Manage project teams, providing guidance and leadership to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the high-end residential sector.
• A strong portfolio of successfully delivered luxury residential projects.
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills.
• A relevant construction-related bachelor's degree is a must-have.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Relevant qualifications such as CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid are highly desired.
