Role Description:
Bethell Group is expanding its operational team and seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in United Utilities waste water framework and associated civil engineering works. This role involves client-facing responsibilities, requiring the successful candidate to represent the Company professionally at all times. Key responsibilities include managing construction projects in a Civils capacity on various Waste Water projects, ensuring the implementation of Quality and Inspection plans, and collaborating with clients, design partners, and other stakeholders for project success.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
Essential experience in waste water, excavation, groundworks, concreting, and drainage. Minimum 10 years’ experience in a site supervisory role. Qualification in construction-related studies (HNC/HND/Degree). Minimum Gold Card CSCS accreditation, SMSTS 5-day accreditation, and 3-day first aid accreditation. Full Clean Driving Licence, Temporary Works Supervisor accreditation, NRSWA Supervisor / Lantra 12D accreditation, SEATS accreditation (Site Environmental). Good knowledge of the construction industry, CDM regulations, NEC Form of Contracts, and relevant trade disciplines.
