Senior Project Manager- Commercial, Hospitality and Hotels - Manchester - £65k

I'm currently working with a brilliant Project Management consultancy, with offices in Manchester and London who are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their Manchester team.
My client is looking for a PM with commercial project experience, perhaps in CAT A CAT B commercial fit-out/refurb, or from a hospitality and leisure background. You need to know your way around a JCT Contract and be happy working in a fast paced, operational environment.
This unique PM team works across a genuinely exciting diet of large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality and leisureprojects, often in highly operational spaces. One week you could be setting up a stadium for a Snoop Dogg gig and the next doing a £20m refurb and design for one of the UK's leading entertainment and hospitality venues. This fast paced, exciting construction project management.
