Ideally Liquid based product movement?We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Projects / Process Engineer to join a Global Manufacturing company in the Shropshire area.Developing, upwardly mobile and career focussed candidates also considered.Working closely with the Engineering Project Manager, in all aspects of managing project engineering services to support manufacturing operations. To include the specification, installation, commission and validation of equipment within liquid-based manufacturing.Key Responsibilities: Senior Projects Engineering Lead Process Engineering Lead Process Understanding and Project Engineering Capability and Engineering Projects in the manufacturing processing area.You will be Involved in process design and generating innovative engineering solutions to drive continuous improvement in the manufacturing processing facilities.Provide Project Management in equipment selection, Specification definition and purchase of manufacturing process machinery.Provide technical expertise in both existing and new engineering equipment.Responsible for change control activitiesProvide technical project engineering leadership in the application of process engineering best practiceProvide technical knowledge on manufacturing bulk handling , storage and processingAssist process improvement projects on site, ensuring appropriate technical change control to deliver robust, sustainable solutionsLeading CAPEX and improvement projects, RCAs, validation activities etcInvestigate new technologies for plant/equipment efficiency improvementsEnsure compliance with site standard operation procedures Role Qualifications & Requirements: Senior Projects Engineering Lead Process Engineering Experience in implementing process improvement and efficiency projects within a quality driven manufacturing environmentBSc/BEng in Process or Chemical Engineering or related EngineeringExperience of Process / Pharmaceutical/FMCG or other regulated industry such as food and drinkOperational knowledge of manufacturing equipmentTrack record of leading engineering projects in manufacturing processing arenaExperienced in technology transfer / understanding of the product development processAbility to evaluate potential innovative technology areas relevant to product.Project Engineering management skills are essential What we can Offer - Senior Projects Engineering Lead Process Engineering An influential role in one of the market leaders in FMCG ManufacturingHighly Competitive salary & benefits packageGreat opportunities for career progression; on a Global scaleA professional, modern, and inclusive working environmentA very competitive Bonus and Reward structureCompetitive pension planLife AssuranceComprehensive flexible benefits and employee wellbeing programme This is just the start of your journey with this world class employer.
