Senior Project Engineer

Elevations Technical Division are working with a global engineering solutions provider based in East Yorkshire on a specialist Senior Project Engineering vacancy to further strengthen their growing technical division.
The Projects department is a small department responsible for delivering the companies Capital projects schemes. These can vary from multi-million pound plants to a small £10K works. The engineering is varied from heavy industrial work to smaller automated equipment supporting a heavy processing operation site wide.
You will act as the Project lead from conception to handover in relation to planned projects or urgent/emergency works. Being able to come up with robust, technically correct and H&S conforming concepts and/or solutions.
Senior Project Engineers main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Management of the delivery of any assigned project activities to time, cost, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Carry out of feasibility studies and the compilation of budget estimates for possible new plant.
Assess the requirements for project work prior to tendering in relation to Health and Safety requirements, quality and resources for the works package. Ensure any Preconstruction information is accurate and approved by the Principal Designer prior to sending tendering packs.
