I am working with a well established and award winning Main Contractor and they are looking to add a Senior Project Manager their Life Sciences business.
They are looking to find someone with:
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Senior Contracts Manager in MEP
In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, codes and standards
Strong understanding of contract law and construction contracts
Team Building and Leadership
Planning
Amongst other duties you will:
Lead and manage MEP projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Oversee the preparation and negotiation of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Administer and enforce contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and mitigate contract risks and disputes.
