This practice specialises in large-scale Residential projects both in the UK and Internationally and are seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to contribute to their vibrant team in the heart of London. As a leading architectural practice specializing in urbanism and design, you will have the opportunity to shape cities and communities through innovative large-scale residential projects.Package:£45,000 - £55,000 (Dependent Upon experience)Hybrid working environment (2 days working from home)Pension ContributionAnnual LeaveOffice Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pmDuties:Lead multiple large scale residential projects through all stages, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to completionUtilize advanced proficiency in Revit/BIM software for detailed design and technical documentation across residential projectsManage project timelines and deliverables, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standardsCollaborate closely with consultants, local authorities, subcontractors, and manufacturers to resolve design issues and ensure project successProvide mentorship and supervision to a small team of 4-6, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environmentRegularly attend sites across London to oversee project progress, address construction challenges, and ensure compliance with regulations Requirements:Masters Qualified and ARB registered ArchitectProven track record of delivering large scale residential projects the UKExpert Revit userProven experience in a project running capacityConfident delivering projects through RIBA stages 3 - 6Comprehensive understanding of Technical standards and regulationsExcellent communication (both written and verbal) is essentialMust have right to work in the UKA high-quality portfolio of previous work
