Salary: Up to �50,000 per annum dependant on experience

My client is looking for a passionate and detail-orientated Project Architect with an enthusiasm for sustainable design to join their friendly, RIBA chartered practice in Cambridge. The well-established practice has exciting projects across the Residential, Education, Sport & Leisure and Care accommodation sectors.

To be successful in this role you should have experience leading projects and working in the UK construction sector. You will be able to provide exceptional service to clients and deliver sustainable, innovative designs. Revit knowledge is also essential.

Skills,Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Project Architect:

• ARB/RIBA accredited
• Significant post Part 3 experience is required
• Experience leading a team through projects
• UK-based experience in the construction sector
• Manage fee proposals and administer construction contracts
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for sustainable design
• Proficient in Revit
