Programme Manager As a programme manager, you will be the senior lead on site for a major project comprising of both Fire Alarm and BMS packages. Your responsibilities include ensuring the effective implementation of project quality assurance processes to guarantee that the delivered product meets the necessary standards. You will be involved in identifying installation-related issues, implementing necessary corrective actions, and escalating matters when required.How you will do itMaintain a close working relationship with all project stakeholdersDirect design, coordination and implementation of designated programmesContribute to program planning and project design at concept and implementation stages.Ensure that project delivery is being managed in accordance with the agreed processesReport and escalate any installation issues to operational managersAct as a point of escalation of any customer complaintsDesign and control various programsMentor and invest time in your site teamPlanning and scheduling of new installation rollouts and programmesCoordination and collation of engineers’ documentationProgramme design in conjunction with Operation Managers and supply chain stakeholdersWhat we look forRequiredUnderstanding of the project lifecycle and processes involved in ELV project delivery (e.g. BMS or Fire Alarms).PC literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products with proven skills in data handling programs, program planning applications and web portal interfaces.Excellent communication skillsSupport the goal of customer excellence atmosphere through hard work, tolerance and consistency, attempting to fulfil projects with honesty and integrity.Ability to provide excellent customer service by meeting the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers.Organisational and planning skills.SMSTS and CSCS / ECS CardPreferredProgramme / Project Management qualificationAdditional H&S accreditation such as IOSH, First Aid etc.Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent)University Degree in relevant subject desirable#LI-JB3#LI-Hybrid
