Senior Programme Manager – Samsung Ads (Europe)

The
Programme Manager
will work closely with the European Product and Programme Delivery team to deliver a number of strategic projects and products across Europe globally – the "programme of work".
The successful candidate will be able to coordinate multiple people and subject matter experts (across Europe, North America, India and Korea) to ensure the effective delivery of the programme, while regularly reporting progress to Samsung Ads’ senior management and all other relevant partners.

Our breadth of data - from consumer viewership to connected-device usage - helps inform richer insights, providing advertisers the ability to bridge the linear TV, mobile and digital landscapes. Your key responsibilities: Play an important role in the growth of Samsung Ads across Europe, ensuring key projects and ad products are launched in a timely and efficient manner
Coordinate multiple collaborators across Europe, USA, Canada and Korea to deliver the programme of work, including the individuals responsible for the technical, legal and commercial readiness of each ad product or project being delivered
Work closely with our London based Product Managers to ensure European ad products, platform enhancements and data capabilities are launch-ready, including go-to-market plans with the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams
Build and maintain detailed project plans which show clear deliverables, interdependencies, owners and timelines, utilising visualisation tools such as Gantt charts and/or roadmaps
Oversee all day-to-day tasks needed to deliver the programme of work, including running weekly sync calls with global partners and project teams, preparing agendas and taking meeting notes, and chasing owners for actions
Identify key issues and blockers in the delivery pathway and think creatively and practically to resolve them
Provide regular reports to senior management on progress, current ETAs and any known risks or blockers to launch
Define the overarching governance framework and processes to ensure effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the programme. What we need for this role: Ability to build strong working relationships with peers and senior executives, and embed yourself within a business to earn trust and agreement
Ability to command respect and create a sense of community amongst team members, fostering a continual sense of focus and momentum to deliver the programme of work
Strong influencing skills that drive a sense of urgency and engagement throughout the organisation
Knowledge of programme and project management methods including Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), PRINCE2, and Agile methodologies
In-depth experience of collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira and G-Suite, as well as other cloud based tools and applications
Knowledge of the techniques required for planning, monitoring and controlling complex programmes of work
Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures, as well as procurement and approval processes within large organisations
Experience leading projects or programmes of work within the media and adtech industry, ideally with publishers, media owners or sales houses
Experience working within the Advanced Advertising industry, with a good understanding across broadcast TV, addressable TV, CTV, mobile, video, display and digital
Knowledge of the ad–serving and programmatic ecosystem covering third-party integrations including SSPs, ad exchanges, DSPs, viewability & verification vendors and content management platforms (CMP)
Knowledge of current data privacy legislation, including GDPR and TCF.
