Job Description*** PROGRAMME DIRECTOR - GREENFIELD SAP S4 HANA ROLLOUT ***Permanent role£150k-£200k baseFMCG (Instantly Recognisable Global Brand)Remote whilst in UK with regular European travelOur client is a leading global FMCG brand dedicated to delivering high-quality products while maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability. With a focus on innovation and growth, they are embarking on a transformative journey to implement SAP S4 Hana across their operations.Role Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Senior Programme Director to lead the greenfield implementation of SAP S4 Hana across our client's global operations. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the successful rollout of this critical technology, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the SAP S4 Hana rollout, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the implementation project, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams involved in the implementation, fostering collaboration and driving accountability for deliverables.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements and delivery of high-quality solutions.Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of SAP S4 Hana across the organisation, including training and communication plans.Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimise processes, increase efficiency, and maximise the value of the SAP S4 Hana platform.Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the successful implementation of SAP S4 Hana, developing contingency plans as needed.Reporting and Governance: Establish reporting mechanisms and governance structures to track project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators, providing regular updates to senior leadership.Qualifications:Extensive experience leading large-scale SAP implementations, with specific expertise in SAP S4 Hana.Proven track record of success in programme management, including strategic planning, project execution, and stakeholder engagement.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.Experience working in the FMCG or consumer goods industry is highly desirable.
