Come and join our Clarets family as our Senior Professional Development Phase Coach!The ideal candidate will have experience of working with U21’s within a Category 1 or 2 programme. You will also need to have a flexible approach to workand be able to work evenings and weekends.ROLE EXPECTATIONSAs theSenior PDP Coach, youwill be expected to:- Plan and prepare for all training sessions and matches and select the U21 team in conjunction with the Academy Manager, First Team staff and Academy support staff.- Lead and work with all support staff working with the U21 players to ensure they maximise the players’ learning and development.The full job description can be found on the Burnley Football Club website.
