Production Managers | Food£65k-£80k (negotiable)Are you an established Production or Operations manager with experience in the food industry?The business is undergoing a lot of growth and change so are looking for talent at a senior level, with large investments going into the site they need someone to come in and manage new projects. The company are big on Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence, so if this is something you are passion about and have some tangible experience in this field, it could be a perfect match. If you have some ambition to grow, learn and further develop your own knowledge, skills and abilities, this could be a fantastic opportunity withh the companies belief in lifelong learning. You will also work incredibly closely with a very impressive Site Director, who hold a wealth of experience where you will no doubt learn a lot. The RoleManaging production at the site in it's entirity, oversee training and allocation of budget. Be a driving force for change in not only your reports productivity but also motivation and mindset in leading by example and having the difficult conversations. The business have worked hard over the years to drive a culture that they can be proud of, so doing this with empathy, but clear vision is paramount.
