We focus on drivingproduct adoption, engagement, and user delight. Cleo’s products haveevolved and diversified quickly - and now both product and marketingteams can’t wait to embrace the value of a high-performing PMM.This is an IC role, reporting to the Director of ProductMarketing. The ideal candidate is based in London and willing to spendsome time in our Shoreditch office. As our SeniorProduct Marketing Manager (PMM) - Chat AI , you will: Lead product-specific go-to-market: Develop, evolve, and ownthe GTM strategy for our AI Chat features, inclusive of:Product messaging and positioning Pricing and packagingof both existing and new features Influencing, synthesizinginformation, and driving consistency in GTM across functions (productmanagement, product design, marketing design, commercial, userresearch, and more)Be the voice of our customer: Deeply understand how and why current and (most importantly) newusers might engage with Cleo chat, AI financial assistant, identifyunarticulated needs, and collaborate with user research, analytics,and product to develop and execute inbound/understand roadmaps -inclusive of market testing, whitespace analysis, gaps analysis, andinnovation opportunitiesSupport in building and implementingaudience segmentation strategies relevant to the FinTech ecosystemOwn competitive intelligence: Identify and analyzecompetitive AI chat offerings and deliver relevant updates to productand marketing teams Iterate with Data: Synthesize inputs,both qualitative and quantitative, across product, growth, marketing,user research, and the wider industry Communicate &Influence: Proactively update both product squads and marketing teamson product developments, roadmaps, testing (both in-app and inexternal marketing), messaging, positioning, and moreDriveproduct growth: Support product feature campaigns for existing productupdates, working closely with CRM and performance marketing teams todeliver successfullyBe our product spokesperson: Be ourvoice in the market at partner events and on social media, as well asto influencers, press, panels, and our end-users Producecontent: Develop product-based content (tutorials, demonstrations,videos, “how to” guides, case studies) in partnership with ourcreative studio, product, and engineering teamsDrive impact:Measure success by tracking relevant metrics and KPIsInternal and external product expert: Develop and be able tosimply communicate a deep understanding of Cleo’s AI & chatcapabilitiesAbout you6+ years of relevantexperience in product marketing with proven track record of executingin high-growth and fast-paced environmentsEmbody acustomer-obsessed mindsetTruly exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills, with the proven ability to engage and work withkey stakeholders across all levels of the organizationExperience building new products from pre-ideation stage Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignmentbetween Marketing, Product and Engineering teams Strongproject management and presentation skillsEmbraces teamwork,with a track record of successful collaborative projects acrossfunctionsProficiency in using data and insights to informproduct and GTM strategyExperience in B2C product marketingis requiredExperience and/or demonstrable strong interest inAI technology requiredWhat do you get for all your hardwork?A competitive compensation package (base +equity) with reviews every 8 months .
