Senior Digital Product Manager
I have partnered with a leading and extremely profitable retail brand, sitting within the luxury market and giving great customer experience to millions across the UK. As they enter a period of growth, there is a need for a Senior Product Manager to own the entire customer journey of their website, from acquisition to post purchase.
The team have a relatively flat structure and have emphasised how great it is to work in an environment with very little red tape – there is a strong culture of empowerment, and ideas are listened to, making it a great environment for a Senior Product Manager.
Ideally you will have an analytical mindset, be able to bring people on a journey and lead a cross-functional team to execute and devise a strategy for the website over the next 3-5 years.
You will have:
-The ability to motivate teams to achieve goals
-A customer centric-mindset with proven experience in solving customer problems
-A background in website product management, working with data, design, marketing and engineering to create new roadmaps that will take the company to the next level
-Strong stakeholder management skills
-Experience driving the vision and taking overall responsibility for the product
This position would suit a digital product manager that has focused on B2C products and can lead on new product launches in a scaling company with multiple stakeholders.
Location: Leicester
Type: Full time (3-days a week in office)
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000
