A great opportunity to join a leading entertainment provider as a Senior Product Manager
THE COMPANY
The business is a leading entertainment provider specialising in lottery operations across Europe and predominantly in the UK. Partnered with over 40,000 retailers across the UK and turning over £8 billion plus each year, the business are in a great period of success. And they have recently taken on an exciting 10-year project which has incurred a substantial amount of growth opportunities across the business.
And they are seeking to hire a Senior Product Manager, to define the roadmap and support the growth of one of their key product offerings.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Set the product vision and lead the development and execution of the annual product roadmap
Develop the business case for product change and projects
Defining business briefs for product-related communication, channel and customer experience requirements
Deliver product artefacts, defining KPIs and monitoring performance
Leading analysis for product and monitoring long-term performance trends
Support transformation of product and customer experience through retail and digital channels
Leading, coaching and developing junior team members
YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Strong background in product management within the gaming/retail industry
Good stakeholder management and commercial expertise
Experience working with game design, mechanics and player insights
