Senior Product Manager

Our client leads the Northern European market in mobile payments for employee benefits, now expanding to England, Ireland, Italy, Germany & the Netherlands. Their unified mobile app enhances wellbeing, serving 78 service providers, 21,000 employers, and over 16 million users.
Role Overview:
As a B2B Senior Product Manager, you’ll analyse business cases and drive discovery processes for user-facing services across markets. You’ll manage product portfolios, collaborate on roadmaps, and prioritise development with Product Owners.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Define main KPIs and refine product management processes.
Contribute to product strategy and mentor Product Owners.
Lead the development of the company’s product offering.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
Minimum 6 years of Product Management experience.
Proven success in managing B2B products across multiple markets.
Experience in B2B product development and strong understanding of product discovery.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
