Senior Product Manager - Cards

If you enjoy having a great autonomy to build products from the group, this is the opportunity. We’re looking for a product owner to build and own a market-leading, user centric Multi-Currency Cards.As a Senior Product Manager, reporting into the Head of Product, you’ll be working with designers, developers, external agencies, fellow product owners and industry leading banking/payment specialists to develop our virtual and physical card product, integrated into multi-currency wallets.You will own your space end-to-end, identifying market opportunities, defining the product vision, strategy and own the backlog for development. You’ll own the card product from inception all the way through to delivery and lifecycle management. This includes working with the program manager, regulator, card issuers and owning the customer experience.
What you'll do
Apply your analytical mindset, technical knowhow, industry knowledge and UX approach to create the best possible experience on our card propositionWork with our payments and banking team, including supporting our Chief Banking Officer to liaise, negotiate and work with card issuers, card providers and regulators

What you'll need
Experience of developing and managing a debit card proposition (ideally one that is used for international payments and during travels abroad)5 years product management experience, owning the digital experience for mass-market usersFamiliar with Agile Scrum methodologies and Product Owner roleAble to grasp “big picture” to optimise delivery of their part of the overall planUnderstanding of user-interaction design and user-centered design principlesExperience of using data to drive decisionsTechnical/Engineering background is highly desirableKnowledge of international payments and FXExperience in managing user acceptance testing (UAT) of new features Good understanding of card programme managers, processors and payment rails We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where we connect the dots for international property payments.
