We are an energetic team working on the leading global email signature solution. Our solutions enable organizations around the world to simplify the management of email signatures to achieve consistent branding, promote marketing campaigns, gather real-time customer feedback, and much more. We are well established and are trusted by renowned international companies such as Sony, Mattel, Bank of America and the BBC, to name a few.We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager, Business Systems, to join our team as we enter an exciting chapter in Exclaimer's growth. We currently handle ~400 million emails a week and are growing considerably month on month. We have ambitious plans to supercharge Exclaimer's successful position, taking our strong IT utility foundations to establish a leading SaaS product.This role reports to a Director of Product and is a key member of the Product & Design Team, leading the Product efforts in all Exclaimer's internal business systems. In taking this role, you will have all the support, resources, and flexibility needed to tackle the great challenges that come with scaling a successful business.
As part of our Product Management team, you will:
Build the business systems that will power Exclaimer's operational teams through the next phase of growth.
Lead a cross-functional team, collaborating with technology, and go-to-market roles to continually set and execute product plans.
Contribute to the Exclaimer product strategy and roadmap.
Present insights, progress and plans to Product Engineering and the wider business including C-level and Senior Management team.
We're looking for someone who can:
Deploy their specialist knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, Zone Billing, and other business systems to build efficient and robust operational products for our internal teams.
Balance legacy transformation work with live business priorities.
Work with data to ensure high-quality tracking and insights for the team.
Lead effective discovery and research to build a rich picture of our systems/requirements and draw conclusions on the best problems to solve.
Deploy their own business and product knowledge to execute the best approach for a given context and problem.
Leverage the skills and knowledge of others to create a strong team environment and collective capability.
Manage stakeholders proactively and share in the problems to ensure progress.
Lead and organize a team to energise and guide them through the product build journey.
Communicate well across all levels and departments in Exclaimer.
Collaborate well with Engineering, understanding the ways of working and high-level technical concepts.
Use the latest and greatest product and technology tools, such as Jira, Heap, Optimizely, Lucidspark, HotJar, DataDog etc.
