✏️ Role Overview:
Seeking Senior Product Designer with end-to-end design expertise. You have a slight lean towards UX and an emphasis on problem-solving/
Lead a new product initiative which entails embedding AI, collaborating closely with Founder/CPO and wider team.
Utilise customer waitlist and engineering resources for efficient iteration and prototyping
Ideal Candidate:
Comfortable in startup environments with ambiguous challenges, able to navigate from conception to launch
You've worked in a less defined problem space and have proven stories of how you contributed to it's success.
Experience in design teams of 5-10 members is preferred so you can bring your knowledge and contribute to improving internal processes.
What should your portfolio look like:
Demonstrated end-to-end project involvement, linking decisions to user needs and business goals
Proficiency in research (exploratory and usability testing)
Collaboration with in-house design teams for high-quality product delivery
Salary:
£65k - £75k
