As experts in this field, e*star is working on shaping and developing the European energy market of the future - together with our customers.TasksWork together with key players in the European energy marketPlan, realise and manage projects in the field of energy trading, risk management, sales trading, cloud hosting etc.Analyse business and IT processes, identify requirements and design trading solutionsImprove how customers are using our solutions and optimize the customer’s individual setupsTake over responsibility for customer satisfaction – you are the main contact for our customersHelp developing our products in a changing and growing marketExtend your knowledge about energy trading and trading technologiesSupport our sales team with your knowledgeRequirementsA suitable work permitA degree in the field of (business) informatics, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, business administration or comparable courses of study or trainingsProfound practical experience in project management, requirements engineering, business analysis, design and specification of trading solutionsExcellent analytical and communication skills and teamwork capability and an independent and very precise way of workingYou have great passion for IT; Knowledge about hosting, cloud, infrastructure, SQL, databases, XML or development skills are welcomeYou enjoy tackling all the challenges in the project in order to deliver and implement the customers’ requirementsIdeally you have some previous experience in the field of energy/commodity trading and customer acquisitionParticularly good English language skills, English level C1German language skills would be a plusEnjoy a professional environment within a relaxed, friendly corporate cultureMobile working?
