LM-23910 Senior Procurement Manager – Nottingham/Hybrid – £45,000 - £50,000Chase & Holland are proud to be working exclusively with a global Multi-Award Winning innovative I.T. company based in Nottingham who are looking to recruit a Senior Procurement Manager to join their team.As Senior Procurement Manager, you will closely with the global supplier base ensuring strong relationships are maintained along with driving cost savings whilst also ensuring an efficient service for customers.In Return You’ll Receive:25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Birthday off and the option to buy an additional 3 days holidayFlexible Hybrid Working (Work from home 2 days per week)Medicash Cash PlanDeath in service (2x salary)Retail/Gym discountsRegular Employee Away Days and AwardsNet PensionFree Onsite parkingSenior Procurement Manager Responsibilities:Maintain strong working relationships with existing suppliers whilst also finding new suppliers were neededWork with suppliers and internal teams (sales, customer success, marketing, commercial, contracts and product) to optimise joint selling and marketing strategies for driving revenueDevelop, monitor and adjust the strategy to continuously improve resultsStrategic planning and reporting to the SLTBe accountable for sourced and influenced revenue, supplier success KPIs, and retention and integration adoptionCreate and manage budgets and forecastsContinually refine program to increase revenue, retention, and upsells while operating more efficientlyHold regular service review meetings with top tier suppliersMonitor industry trends and stay up to date on competitors and market conditionsIdentify and resolve conflicts and challengesAttend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the companyHours of Work – Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (Flexi time)Required Skills & Experience:Proven and demonstrable supplier management experienceStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsIf you are interested in finding out about this exciting Senior Procurement Manager opportunity, please click ‘apply now’.Chase & Holland acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
