Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, with a focus on the energy market ideally
• Strong understanding of tendering processes and experience in managing large-scale contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
